You don’t get to choose the day; the day chooses you…are you prepared? Saying you shot in “self-defense” or “defense of others” is not enough anymore. Attend this seminar and learn specifically how officer-involved shooting investigations are conducted.
You are mentally prepared to get into a shooting. You have the right training and experience to know what do when the times comes.
But, how prepared are you for what happens after the shooting? How much training have you received on what to do after the trigger has been pulled?
Oftentimes after a shooting, the battle has just begun. You’ll be facing several different investigations to decide if your actions were within policy and whether or not you’ll be facing criminal charges. How well prepared are you to not only to keep your job, but to keep your freedom?
Whether you’re on-duty or off-duty, if you carry a gun, you need to be prepared for the fight after the fight.
That’s why we’ll be presenting a special seminar entitled What Happens After Your Officer Involved Shooting?
Instructor James Tacchini is a full-time officer-involved shooting investigator for the San Francisco Police Department and a use of force expert. He’ll give you a behind the scenes look at what will happen to you after your shooting.
