Do I have to present the training to a team, or can I just use it myself?

You can absolutely use this material to train yourself. As a matter of fact, that is a fantastic way to skyrocket your own skill set.

How long are the modules?

Each module has been designed for a sergeant to present in briefing. Generally a sergeant will review the material ahead of time and then present it in a briefing and facilitate a discussion with troops in a span of 20-30 minutes. It is recommended for them to continue discussing during the next few briefings as well before moving on to a brand new topic, as revisiting information is what leads to making information stick.
