Although we’ve had to pause our in-person training courses, we know you want great training for your FTOs. That’s why we will be presenting a one-time only, live-streamed webinar called FTO Refresher. On Wednesday May 13th from 1000PST – 1300PST, our FTO Instructors will teach current and former FTOs the specific concepts they need to know to teach, evaluate and document. Our expert instructors will present the very best portions of our popular in-person FTO courses during this one time only event.
This live-streamed event will include:
- The core concepts of our Teach-Evaluate-Document model
- Specific principles to diagnose the root cause of a trainee’s deficiencies
- A crash course in writing Daily Observation Reports and Remedial Training Plans
- Access to our collection of sample Daily Observation Reports and Remedial Training Plans that before were only available to our FTO students
Want a behind the scenes look at our FTO training courses?
This live-stream webinar is for you.
Can’t attend the live event but don’t want to miss it? We have you covered. Registered students will receive access to the recording for 7 days after the live event. So register today and you can watch it at a time that is convenient.
Space is limited so attendance is restricted to Field Training Officers, FTO Supervisors and Training Managers.
Steve “Pappy” Papenfuhs, Dominic Gamboa and Scott Savage
Steve, Dom and Scott are not only highly experienced law enforcement professionals from Northern California but they are also expert instructors. Steve is a former FTO Sergeant with the San Jose Police Department, Scott is a former FTO and Sergeant with the Palo Alto Police Department and now serves with the Santa Clara Police Department and Dom is a former Training Unit Officer with the San Francisco Police Department who also still serves with Santa Clara PD. Each has decades of experience teaching law enforcement officers. They are obsessed with delivering highly engaging courses and they are the reason why our FTO training programs are so different than the typical “Death by Power Point” courses.
