Would You Like to Be an Instructor?
I only want to hire the best. I’m looking for instructors who have either created their own courses or want to be trained to instruct an already-existing course. Not only will you have the privilege of training the hard-working men and women of law enforcement, but you’ll be also compensated generously for your passion and effort.
What I look for is a person who is smart, humble, and hungry. By that I mean someone who has all the right experience and qualifications but also growth mindset. You must be dissatisfied with “that’s the way we have always done it”, and instead be committed to excellence.
Our instructors teach anywhere from once every few months to several times a month. They also spend a significant amount of time studying their craft, tweaking their presentations, and strategizing with us on how best to deliver their course.
I am committed to finding the best instructors to serve our students. If you think you have something important to offer, we would love to hear from you.
Sincerely,
Scott Savage
