The learning doesn’t stop once you take this course. Each Critical Incident Response student will receive 8 separate training videos, sent in succession once a week following the course. This is a powerful way to reinforce what was learned and to interrupt forgetting. This is another avenue we use to achieve that goal.

Dan Flippo, recently retired as the Deputy Chief of the Santa Cruz Police Department (CA). Dan recently retired as the Deputy Chief of the Santa Cruz, CA Police Department. He has decades of experience in SWAT and Patrol and is also an instructor with the National Tactical Officers Association. Lt. John Morris recently retired from the Winston Salem Police Department (NC). His 27 years of service include over 20 years in SWAT, as well as years in Patrol and Special Operations.
