High-risk critical incidents don’t occur every day but when they do, officers will be looking for you to lead. But the conventional training for law enforcement leaders receive has often been bogged down in complicated ICS processes and lacked the type of practical tools that today’s law enforcement leaders really need.
That’s why we created this Command of High-Risk Critical Incidents course. It's full of easy-to-understand tools that will help you make sense of confusing and rapidly unfolding incidents and implement a safe tactical plan. Our instructors will present examples of how they used the same tools in real-world incidents.
Have you experienced these issues at a critical incident before?
- Lack of Leadership
- Self-deployment of officers
- Communication breakdowns
- Chaos at the Command Post
These same issues seem to plague all major incidents, which is why you need to take this course.
Why Should You Attend?
- Learn how to fix the top 7 problems that plague all major incidents!
- Learn how to identify priorities, assign roles, and make decisions!
- Learn the important lessons learned from large scale incidents including a tragic officer-down call!
- Learn how to manage chaos at your command post!
Who should attend?
Command staff and supervisors who want to develop their skills to lead a large-scale, high-risk critical incident.
This isn’t one of those ICS courses where you’ll be told to fill out ICS forms and wear a vest that says "Operations" or "Finance"! Instead, this course is for law enforcement supervisors and managers who are looking for practical tools they can begin using immediately.
