Whether you are a formal or informal leader, your ability to communicate and lead both in a crisis and in day-to-day matters is what makes the difference between chaos and calm, and even success or failure.

In this seminar, we will explore the specific strategies modern law enforcement professionals can use to manage internal pressures and external threats. You will engage in exercises designed to bolster your active listening skills and discuss strategies to acknowledge differences and build trust within your agency.

As a law enforcement leader, you are also expected to make sound tactical decisions in the field. This workshop will explore time, plans, resolutions, and suspect actions and give you tools to resolve a crisis.

Curriculum includes:

  • Trust and relationship building
  • Bridge communication gaps
  • High risk incident resolution
  • Leading both up and down
  • Tactical planning
  • Reducing liability
  • Confident Communication
